Impact of COVID-19 on Court House Operations

The Michigan Supreme Court has released a response to the ongoing situation with COVID-19. Please view it here

We here at the courthouse have been actively monitoring the situation surrounding the spread of COVID-19. In compliance with the restrictions the physical courthouse is currently closed to the general public. The court remains open to serve our community and court users through this website, phone, fax, and personal service at the courthouse doors during normal business hours.

Please check your case status by using our case search option on the home page. The search can be conducted by defendant name or case number. The search will provide the most current information available. If you were recently issued a ticket and you are unable to locate your name or ticket number through the case search, it has not yet been entered into the records management system.

If you would like to request an adjournment, provide proof(s) for waivable charges, submit an appearance, address a driver's license suspension, or for any other court related matter,  Submit a Request to the Court  by completely filling out the form provided. Your request will be forwarded to the appropriate department for processing.
