Sat-Sun: Closed
Tickets must be paid within 14 Calendar Days of receiving violation. A $50.00 late charge will be assessed after the 14th day. All violations occurring in a school zone, construction zone or an emergency scene - contact the Court for amount due.
ACCIDENT: Any moving violation resulting in an accident EXCEPT Careless Driving or where designated as mandatory court case $195.00.

Waivable Violations
There are two options available to waive a violation:
- Present the ticket to any law enforcement officer to certify correction of ticket, then mail or bring the ticket to the Court at the address on the front of the ticket within 14 days of the issuance date.
- Mail, email, or fax in your proof(s) to the court within 14 days of the issuance date.
No Proof of Insurance
- If your vehicle was covered with insurance at the time the ticket was issued and you can prove it, and your proof is presented to the court by the due date, then the fines and costs will be waived.
- If your vehicle was covered with insurance at the time the ticket was issued and you can prove it, and your proof is presented to the court after the due date, the fines and costs will be $145.00.
- If you purchase insurance after you were issued the ticket and your proof is presented to the court before the due date, the fines and costs will be $170.00.
- You MUST present the proof of insurance card from your insurance copy for the fine to be reduced. Phone copies are not accepted because of financial auditing requirements.
No Proof of Registration
- If you have a valid certificate of registration on the date the ticket was issued and it is presented to the court by the due date, the ticket will be waived. You MUST present the actual certificate of registration for the fine to be waived.
- If you do not have a valid certificate of registration then fines and costs will be $150.00.
Failed to Display Valid Operator’s License
- If you have a valid license on the date the ticket was issued and it is presented to the court by the due date, the ticket will be waived.
THIS SCHEDULE OF FINES/COSTS IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE, COVERS THE MOST FREQUENT VIOLATIONS, AND APPLIES TO PAYMENTS ACCEPTED ON OR BEFORE THE APPEARANCE DATE, BUT DOES NOT APPLY TO CASES HEARD IN COURT.
NOTE: A PORTION OF THE FINE/COST IS COLLECTED DUE TO LEGISLATION AND IS TRANSMITTED DIRECTLY TO THE STATE TREASURY.
