Middle of Ticket

Middle of ticket - Copy

This middle section can be confusing, but it is VERY IMPORTANT to understand:

1. In the column under the word 'Type' there are 6 boxes:

 The first three boxes denote the severity of the incident from Light (C/I) to Serious (Felony)
C/I = Civil Infraction
Misd= Misdemeanor
Fel = Felony

The second three boxes denote modifier's to the charges
Warn = Warning
(You are NOT charged for incidents marked as a Warning)
Fug = Fugitive

(The person in question is a Fugitive, thus increasing severity of incident)
Waiv = Waivable
(This charge can be lifted IF certain requirements are met.)

2. This is police identification number for the charge you are being accused of. It is NOT the amount you have to pay.

3. This is the written out form of the charge you are being accused of.
